Shiny, bright plastic accessories are perfect when you want to infuse some playful fun into your outfit. It’s almost like being Barbie for a day…minus the Corvette, mansion and hot bod boyfriend/hubby (Ken).

Fashion Notes: We spotted this trend during the Moschino fashion show. Do not be afraid to play with color, but keep it to a minimum so that all colors get harmoniously married together.

The cream trend was featured during numerous fashion shows including: Salvatore Ferragamo, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta and Versace (pictured above) to name a few. Just look at the stunning man shown coming down the runway, couldn’t you just eat him up? We wouldn’t mind adding a little bit of that cream to our coffees…just saying.

There comes a time in every fashionista’s life where she comes across a bag that is worth toting around. We have found such a bag…and it is simply fabulous! We came across this pink Louis Vuitton handbag and we love it for 2 reasons: Locket detailing makes us this of our old diaries, the color as well as hard casing so we could drop it and pick up strutting like nothing happened. Okay that is actually three reasons so might as well throw in one more…it’s just cute!

Rihanna and Beyonce Show Right Way to Wear Coats NYFW Fall 2015

You simply can’t just slide your arms through your coat anymore and walk out the door if you want to look fashion forward. Take a page out of the stylish and diva books of Rihanna as well as Beyonce. The pair attended NYFW for fall 2015 and each wore their coats fabulously. RiRi let hers slide gracefully off her shoulders while Queen Bey had her arms out of her jacket completely allowing it just to rest of her shoulders. No arguments with either for the placement of the coats add a nice touch of flair to both ensembles.

Beauty Glam Now: Tracee Ellis Ross Pink Lips

Diana Ross is a tough act to follow but her stylish daughter Tracee Ellis Ross continues to fill those shoes seamlessly. She has a hit television show on air (Black*ish) and took time out of her busy schedule to join Nene Leakes of RHOA on Watch What’s Happening Live with Andy Cohen. Ross looked flawless last night in a sparkling jumpsuit (we wanted it bad!) and her signature curly hair.

What we also took note of her was her stunning pink lip color. With spring right around the corner you will want to get your beauty hands on a lovely pink shade such as the one Tracee wore. Pinks as well as other light and airy colors coincide with spring fashions effortlessly. Just be sure to do as Tracee and keep the rest of your makeup streamlined so that your lips are the shining star.

Lais Ribiero and Sharam Diniz Join in Victoria’s Secret’s First Fold Out Swim Cover

Have you seen Victoria’s Secret’s new swim catalog yet? You may of noticed something a little different. Nine gorgeous supermodels share the cover that is the catalog’s first fold out. Lais Ribiero and Sharam Diniz grace the momentous cover along with: Josephine Skriver, Monika Jac Jagaciak, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Andreea Diaconu, Ophelie Guillermand, and Elsa Hosk.

Sports Illustrated always makes a big splash with their yearly Swim cover showcasing a bombshell in a tinsy bikini. Will Victoria’s Secret’s swim cover become just as popular? Only time shall tell, but we have to admit from a business standpoint there is no going wrong. Vickie’s move to put more emphasis on swimwear is an excellent due to recent reports that the swimwear industry shall reach $17.6 billion dollars in revenue this year.

Back to the cover, it is always nice to see stunning black models being representatives of beauty for our community as well as the globe. Cheers to Lais Ribiero as well as Sharam Diniz for getting another cover and we can’t wait to see more from these lovelies this year.

Walton can be seen looking gorgeous in florals, a watch WITH fur as well as in a two-tone jacket that we think is just to die for!

Hair Notes: Pulled back hair with a deep side part is a major hair trend for the spring and summer seasons.
