Tonight Victoria’s Secret heralded, “Are You Not Entertained??!” Long legs, big wings and of course the hardest struts pounded the catwalk for what is known as “the sexiest night of television.” The 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year is full of glamour, glitz and mesmerizing angelic flair!

We are recapping it ALL. From backstage, the runway and even the pink carpet we have everything you want to see. So come on let’s get our annual pink party started, smooches! We will not keep you in agony this year. Last year, we decided to save the runway for last, but y’all requested that we flip the script. So without further adieu, here are some of the must-see looks of the show!

Whew! That’s a lot of fab looks! We loved the incorporation of stripes, feathers, metallics and even school girl chic plaid. But are you ready for more? Yeah, we thought so… here comes round number two:

What other cool feature is in this year’s runway show? Well, be on the lookout for another awesome collaboration! In the past, Vickie has teamed up with stylish couture labels such as Balmain, this year the lingerie company partners with designer, Mary Katrantzou.

The vibrant and fun collab features intimates, athletic wear, loungewear and even bags. What we love the most is all of the festive florals. It is a fresh breathe of style air that still makes you think VS Pink. If you want to shop the collection mark a calendar to remember that it will be available the day the show officially airs, December 2nd.

BEAUTY NOTES: Want to look like a VS Angel? Well, you can, it is all in the right makeup technique. For Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows the look is all about au natural beauty. Meaning the models’ makeup is applied only to enhance their natural strongpoints and features.

To get the look keep the focus on emphasizing the eyes. Create full brows with complimenting voluminous and lengthy eyelashes. Pronounce eyes even more with a subtle yet dramatic cat-eye. When the recorded show airs December 2nd, viewers will be able to catch Lima strutting down the catwalk for a number of sets. Just in case you find yourself in a chip or sparkling wine refill situation; look out for Adriana during the Stella and Celestial Angels portions. We are sure you will not want to miss her!

Tonight wasn’t just about the ladies… okay, that’s a lie it was! HOWEVER, that did not stop the men from coming to join the VS party. Hip hop artist Future, singer Shawn Mendez and actor hunk Dylan Sprouse all were spotted hitting the pink carpet.

Speaking of Sprouse, the cutie scored several BF points. His gift of the night for his Vickie angel GF? A bag of burgers from Shake Shack. We stan all boyfriends who stop at nothing to feed us (lol).

Nevertheless, there’s plenty of magic that also happens backstage. There’s gorgeous models taking selfies, hair and makeup as well as the final touches on all the amazing wardrobe. So irritated right now but I know if anyone can find this thing it is y’all. So I will be checking the site to see if you answer this one because this coat is bomb!

The Verdict: Thank you for your fashion inquiry, and we have to be honest… this coat WAS hard to locate! However, being the queens of online hunting we found it. In her stylish photos, model Jasmine Sanders aka Golden Barbie was flaunting the HM Long Wool-Blend Coat in Camel. We love the wide belt that fastens from the inside to cinch the waist.

In our search we also found this coat in an Olive Green shade. It’s just as chic, but for some reason we still lean towards the Camel shade. The cost? Well, that’s where things get a bit tricky. While this coat may pop up on the H&M website, there seems to be no price button. However, we did locate this look on Ebay for $89.

It’s not all sunshine kids. When people see others reaching success, they normally envision a steady upward movement towards the top. However, reality is a different beast. It’s filled with ups, downs, tears, blood, sweat and at times; years of hustle and grind. The story behind fashion label Pyer Moss Wins 2018 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund; is one of triumph and a prime example as to why you should never EVER give up on yourself; or your dreams.

He believed, and so he did. Kerby Jean-Raymond, the couture genius behind Pyer Moss is a winner. Jean-Raymond won the coveted CFDA Fashion Fund for 2018. A move and fund started back in 2003 in order to help up and coming American design talent to find continued success in the tough business of fashion. Not only do designers receive mentorship from established industry leaders; the fund provides significant financial awards to one or more designers in order to help in such areas as: marketing, public relations, production and sales.

Nevertheless, what is Kerby Jean-Raymond’s story? How did he “make it?” In a statement regarding his win Kerby relates,

“18 years designing. 5 years with Pyer Moss. A bunch of fails, mad press, but very few wholesale accounts for a while. 3 eviction notices, mad overdrafts, crazy number of heartbreaks [and] employee turnover. People doubted me so much, I even started to believe it.

Few things remained consistent except my core team, friends and family. So thank you guys for this opportunity to rest last year and reset. Thank you [designer] Aurora James for following me around with this camera last night like a proud auntie.

This ride has been insane – we won, in Brooklyn. Thank you the PM team, friends, family, judges, Vogue, CFDA and Reebok. We’re ready for whatever comes next. Love.”

As you can see, it has not been just a walk in the park. Put did you notice his drive? He may have had to reset, rethink and fail; but he NEVER gave up. It’s all about the details. Milk Makeup recently spilled some beauty intel on their latest makeup collaboration with hip hop’s royalty, Wu-Tang Clan. The brand talked about what you can expect from the collection down to the packaging as well as their roots with the musical group. Milk says,

“We are unleashing a limited-edition collection of 8 luxe lip colors in collaboration with Wu Tang Clan; featuring Teyana Taylor. [The collection] balances Chinese ingredients with high-payoff colors.
