The dead skin cells on your feet need to be sloughed off and replaced with skin that is radiant and fresh. To exfoliate your feet try mixing equal parts of sugar and olive oil and massage it into your feet. Then rinse with warm water and finish up with a good moisturizing cream. Now you’re ready to start prancing on that beach.

Thick Soled Shoes Can Go A Long Way

High heeled shoes rock; they are sexy, stylish and make us feel glamorous. That is until we take them off the shelf and put them on our feet.
